Varun Beverages Limited (VBL or Company) is a key player in beverage industry and one of the largest franchisee of PepsiCo in the world (outside USA). The Company produces and distributes a wide range of carbonated soft drinks (CSDs), as well as a large selection of non-carbonated beverages (NCBs), including packaged drinking water sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo. PepsiCo CSD brands produced and sold by VBL include Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Seven-Up, Mirinda Orange, Mirinda Lemon, Mountain Dew, Mountain Dew Ice, Seven-Up Nimbooz Masala Soda, Evervess, Sting, Gatorade and Slice Fizzy Drinks. PepsiCo NCB brands produced and sold by the Company include Tropicana Slice, Tropicana Juices (100%, Delight, Essentials), Nimbooz, as well as packaged drinking water under the brand Aquafina.

Purpose of the Job
Support Compensation & Benefits Strategy for the Organization. Drive strategic Projects/Programs in C&B domain in partnership HR Leaders and Senior Leadership.
Job Context:
Responsible for Job Evaluation, HRIS Implementation, PMS, Merit Increase, Compensation Benchmarking and Variable Pay.
Challenges:
Incumbent should be able to work/support in establishing the C&B function in organization.

Key Accountabilities(1)

Job Evaluation | Lead Job Evaluation process in organization. |
HRIS Implementation resources | Lead HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) implementation in organization. |
Compensation Management | Support the development, review and implementation of compensation and benefits programs under the Total Compensation Framework. |
Compensation Management |
Coordinate and provide support in various annual C&B exercises, such as pay review, benefits review, staff cost budgeting, etc |
Key Accountabilities(2)
Compensation Survey | Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking, analyze market data and provide recommendations for enhancement. |
Manpower Planning and Budgeting | Control the annual compensation budgets planning, forecasting, reviews and analysis. |
Position Management | Control the Headcount & Employee cost through carefully managed position management. |

MBA in Human Resources Management or related subjects. 10+ years relevant experience in sizable or multinational companies. |

Knowledge of Job Evaluation Process and HRIS Technology implementation would be an added advantage. Passion for market data and analytical eye and skilled communicator Advanced MS Excel and MS Power Point skills |
