Financial Accounting

 Scope of work

Ensure Timely And Accurate Completion Of Monthly Financial Accounts, MIS & Balance Sheet, Generate Detailed Financial Analysis Of Key Operational Drivers, And Highlight Operational & Financial Concern Areas. Ensure Compliances Of Legal Requirement By Company About TDS / TCS, GST regulatory Regard To Timely & Appropriate Payment of Statutory Dues as well As Filing of Periodic Returns. Responsible for monthly financial close activities, financial statement preparation, and balance sheet analysis, weekly forecasting of operating expenses and monthly rolling estimate. Monthly reporting of Unit Financial results to Management with detailed Cause of Change Analysis versus Plan. Preparation of Financial Reports / analysis for Unit Operations Review.

Finalization of assessment/audit

Ensure Obtaining Timely Refund of GST on Exports Made By The Company. Ensure Good Working Relationship With Suppliers, Consultants, Statutory And Internal Auditors, Government Authorities Like GST & others. Preparation of MIS report like GRIR open items, invoice tracker, aging report for inventory, payables, advance, and receivables, sales status like booking, collection .receivables status. Make regular reports to the management on income, expenditure, and any variations from budgets. Coordination with Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor.

Key Accountabilities(2)

Financial Controls and Asset Stewardship

Safeguard company assets by maintaining a high level of financial control throughout the Unit. Lead efficient management of working capital and cash flow. Implement Company risk management initiatives and Best Practices for all aspects of business spends / purchases across manufacturing and sales operations. Ensure adherence to Authority Matrix and exercise appropriate signatory authority as per Company financial policies. Commercial / Purchase, Working capital optimization Ensure proper systems in place for verifying accuracy of market place spending – Discounting , Promo

Lesioning with Govt. officials if required

Provide financial leadership by identifying productivity improvement opportunities and analyzing/recommending productivity initiative pipeline projects. This would include capital investment recommendations and analysis.

Supply Chain Management

Optimization of inventory carrying cost, enhancing purchase efficiency and ensuring ready availability of raw material through active coordination with Purchase Coordinator. As Unit Supply Chain head, ensure leveraging of supply chain systems for smooth operation including best utilization of own fleet.

Education Qualification (Highest) with Target Institute(s) CA/ICWAI

 Desired Certifications: CA/ICWAI

Experience Range: 15 -20 years

Desirable experience: Minimum 10 Years’ experience in Manufacturing unit & preferable Food/beverages industry.
