Purpose of the Job
To support the Green Field Project & Operations by ensuring systematic implementation of HR strategy and processes in the plant to leverage human resources for developed people productivity, build high quality Teams, focus on cost optimization and harmonious industrial relations Job Responsibilities.
Challenges:
• Smooth operation of green field project and resolve IR Issues from time to time.
• Zero Accident
• Statutory compliance within the time line.
• Ensure 100% compliance to all the Statutes applicable to Factory
• Ensure 100% compliance to the Workplace Rights Policy (WRP) guidelines.
• Minimize of dispute in cost effective way.
• Settle the disputes out of Forum.
Details of the Job
Liaison with Govt and Local bodies -
Liaising with Labor Department, Industrial Relations, Local Authorities; Local, State and Central government. Build good relationship with the Local Administration authority, villagers, government bodies and political parties.
Welfare Activities -
Take ownership in ensuring the welfare facilities such as Canteen, Restroom, Toilets and other requirements are provided as per the Factories Act, 1948 and maintain well in line with the Company philosophy. Ensure to drive equality in applicability of these facilities among all categories of employees including Contract Labour.
Recruitment - Supporting in the Green Field Recruitment Process
Dispute and Grievances Resolution - Handling over all grievances as per the act and right procedures. Dispute Resolution involving management, employees or government bodies.
Project and Brown Field Activities -
• All License and Compliance related to the Green Field and Brown Field Project.
• Build good relationship with the Local Administration authority, villagers, government bodies and political parties.
• Planning and monitoring site activities as per the schedule and resolving site related issues by coordination with the site in charge and local bodies physically/telephonically.
• Extensive traveling to the Green Field Project Field.

Education - MBA/ PGDBM / MSW - Full Time course
Any Graduate
Experience - 7-9 Years
Desirable experience: 9 Years of reach experience on Legal & Liaising
04 Years in IR & handled critical IR Plants.
