Details of the Job

  • Handling Employee Benefits like Medical Insurance, NPS, Relocation Benefits, Gratuity claims settlements. 
  • Ensure coverage of Employees under GMC,GPA, GTA Insurance and coordination with Insurance company/TPA for cashless settlement & reimbursement claims
  • Leaves and Attendance Management-Tracking of the attendance, leave and timings of employee integrated with bio metric systems to SuccessFactors & SAP
  • Responsible for managing HR Operations activity.
  • Responsible for Managing Outsourced Payroll
  • Employee Relation-Handling all the queries of the employees related to Leaves, Attendance, NPS , Transfer claim etc
  • Support the Payroll team as necessary to ensure smooth operational delivery task and payroll processing.

Education & Experience

  • Master Degree (MBA) in HR
  • Professional experience with the HR Operations at least 7+Year of exp.
  • Experience of handling HR information systems
  • Knowledge of SAP/ SuccessFactors or any HRIS tool and MS Office (Expert in MS Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
