Purpose of the Job

Job Context:

The incumbent shall be responsible for management and upkeep of all market equipment in the assigned territory and maximize the growth in channel and manage operational issues.

Job Role/ Title: Market Equipment Manager

Reporting Manager: Regional Market Equipment Manager

Level: M05/ M04

Function: MT & FS

Manager’s Manager: Sr. VP - MEM

Team Size: 2-3

No. of Direct Reportees: 4-5

Key Accountabilities(1)

 Accountabilities 

Asset Planning, Procuring, Storing, Installing, Commissioning, up keeping, refurbishing, redeploying, scrapping after lift cycle of asset.

Work on AOP/Budget with RMEM and track & control the expenditure within the approved budget  & report on monthly basis

Evaluate existing Vendor Performance & to take suitable corrective action for continual improvement of vendor.

Derive strategy with unit sales team for Asset & Trading items, ensure installation within budgeted cost & agreed timelines.

Ensuring spare availability at Warehouse and Vendors for timely rectification of breakdown calls & PM.

Build a plan for refurbishing assets to maximise life of asset as per agreed units & budget.

Supervise & Guide team for effective spare planning & ensure minimum inventory, maintain store Hygiene, upkeep of Spares & FIFO is followed.

Ensure visits in market to Verify & correct Asset & Field service team performance.

Key Accountabilities(2)

Asset tracking and Upkeeping.

Maintain PMX Quality Score in Green Band.

Drive Annual cooler count, ensure agreement for mismatch & New Found coolers through Sales.

Drive PM with vendors, track missed coolers, ensure agreement for mismatch & New Found Coolers.

Interface between various stakeholders - internal & external customer to manage smooth operation.

Co-ordinate with various stakeholders like sales, Distributor, retailer, Service vendor, Commercial, HR, Procurement and Plant team etc.

Relationship building with NKA's.

Identify the training needs, consolidate the training requirement, make arrangement for training & feedback, periodic- post training evaluation.

People & Partner - Coaching Mentoring, Developing & Training.

Ensure 100 % Training of all PMX outlets

Plan team building exercises to motivate team for higher performance

Evaluate employees , Identify training needs ,plan and implement training programs

Education & Experience

Education Qualification (Highest) with Target Institute(s) B. Tech (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)

Experience Range: 5-7 years of experience in related field
